This license agreement applies to the standard version of KFSensor.

KeyFocus Ltd.
This software license agreement is entered into between you (Licensee) and KeyFocus Ltd. (Licensor), the owner and creator of KFSensor. The license is non-exclusive.

By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing KFSensor, you agree to all of the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install KFSensor.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by KeyFocus Ltd. (KFL) to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of one month. If you use this software after the one month evaluation period a registration fee is required. See the KFSensor web site at
http://www.keyfocus.net for information about online ordering and quantity discounts.

Unregistered use of KFSensor after the one month evaluation period is in violation of English and international copyright laws.

You are specifically prohibited from charging; or requesting donations; for any copies, however made,
and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior
written permission from KFL. KFL reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

On payment of the registration fee KFL will provide you with a registration key. The use of the registration key and the KFSensor application constitute the full KFSensor product. The full KFSensor product may only be installed and used on a single computer. Use on multiple machines is covered by a separate site license agreement.

It is strictly prohibited to:
a. Modify KFSensor in part or in its entirety.
b. Decompile or reverse engineer KFSensor.
c. Provide the registration key to third parties.
d. To make use of a registration key not provided directly by KFL or its authorised agents.
Limitation of liability for indirect damages.
KFL cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damages of any character (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect damages resulting from the loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

This software is provided under license on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KFL or any third party involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the program, cannot be held responsible under any circumstances, for any direct or indirect damage, including loss of profits, interruption of business activities, or other, faced by the user of this program, even in the case that KFL has been advised of such damages.

You assume responsibility for the result or performance of the program. KFL may, at any time, revoke this license by notifying
the user of the software. You may cancel this license to use the product by destroying or erasing all copies of the software.

All rights of any kind in KFSensor which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by KFL. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on KFSensor. You may not make access to KFSensor available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by KFL herein.

KFSensor , including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization is an exclusive product of KeyFocus Ltd.,
who retain the property rights to the software, its copies, modifications, or merged parts.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and each of the parties agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim or matter arising under this Agreement.
